In this course, we will explore and recover the 7 areas of the Self and Life to support your unique recovery path with yoga, breathwork and trauma therapy. Each class will add on to each other by building your resilience with specific tools and techniques. This course is a compliment to any other program that you are in. This is about embracing a lifestyle that supports you to live the life you truly deserve.
This is a closed group once we start to provide a safe and sacred container for your growth and healing. This will also allow us to create a strong support system within the group.
